Ordering, delivery and payment

How much does delivery cost in Lagos?
Delivery within Lagos is ₦5,000 and arrives in 3–5 business days. The fee is charged once per order, not per item, and is added at checkout when you select your delivery zone.
Do you deliver outside Lagos?
Yes. We deliver nationwide to every state in Nigeria for ₦10,000, arriving in 3–5 business days. Select "Other States (Nationwide)" at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International delivery is ₦200,000 and takes 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance. Choose the International zone at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay online at checkout by debit or credit card, bank transfer or USSD, all handled securely through Paystack. You can also pay by direct bank transfer and send us proof of payment, or place your order over WhatsApp.
How do I place an order?
Add the products you want to your cart on the website and complete checkout, choosing your delivery zone and payment method. If you would rather order by message, send us the product names on WhatsApp at +234 705 317 6191 and we will take it from there.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices on this website are in Nigerian Naira (₦, NGN) and include the product only. Delivery is added separately at checkout based on the zone you select.
Where is Misiano Beauty World located?
Our store is at 31B Lekki County Home Road 1, Ikota Villa Estate, Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. You are welcome to visit us there, or shop online for delivery anywhere in Nigeria and internationally.
Are Misiano products suitable for all skin types?
Misiano skincare products are made with 100% organic ingredients and are formulated to suit all skin types. If you are unsure which product or set is right for you, message us on WhatsApp and we will recommend one.
